La Matilla is a quiet village, located at a strategic place from which to explore the numerous places of tourist interest of the area, and to catch a breath of Nature. Its small size makes the village ideal for children and a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy a weekend in winter. Only 20-30 families live in La Maltilla and they mainly live of agriculture.

It has a small bar-restaurant that offers home-made food. The village has a doctor the whole year, whilst the nearest supermarket and the pharmacy are 5 km away.

La Matilla is 125 km away from Madrid, 40 km away from Segovia and 120 km away from Valladolid.

How to get there :
From Madrid: take A-1 (motorway) until km 101. Then, take the C-112 (local road).
From Segovia: take the N-110, heading to Soria
